I go specificaly for vintage comics. Seems like a lot of the major nationwide dealers have given up traveling out here.

I thought that if you're fan verified, you're automatically rolled over for the next year. I haven't received an e-mail about being rolled over. And it looks like fan verification for 2026 has already passed.

So could I be rollled over for NYCC 2026 and just don't know it ??

A true “old school” vintage comic book show. Brings great dealers both large and small from coast to coast. Jaw dropping walls in every price range. A box diver’s paradise.

Maybe the best show on the West Coast. Lots of folks fly in to buy. Planned the weekend between the last football playoffs and the Super Bowl. Right in the center of Orange County close to the beaches, shopping and Disneyland. With the warm weather it might be a perfect time for a vacation. I seriously doubt anyone goes home unhappy.

More guests will probably be announced as well as Terry’s famous door prizes. CGC will be on hand for submissions as well.

I know Harley did the Galaxy Con Raleigh show and did well, but I have never done a Galaxy Con show. Seems to be a decent lineup of guests for signature series stuff, but obviously, my focus will be more on Golden Age, Silver Age, and Bronze Age.

I still have a few customers in the area, but I am hoping that there will be some guys that I don't know who will show up to shop.

Comic Creators | FAN EXPO San Francisco

I’m staying a couple blocks from the convention center but not sure if I’ll explore the immediate area at all. No kids means I might just try to nab 10 hours of sleep each night.

We are back! Last show was tremendous (was that Harley Yee buying for hours on the show floor?) and the August 2nd show should have the return of Bud Plant, A-1 Comics, and Gary Carter, as well as a good handful of first time vendors who are getting their stock or personal collections together. It's great that our new, bigger location allows for new vendors to break into the show more easily.

OAF (Oklahoma Alliance of Fans) is one of the oldest comic book groups and conventions in the country! At OAFCon you will find treasures not seen anywhere else! With over 100 tables in our exhibit hall, you’ll see Golden age to Modern comics, meet comic creators, and find something for every kind of comic collector!

That Frazetta Famous Funnies cover that just sold for a about a million at HA? That was in the Art Show the last 2 years at OAF. This is the OG comic show- no Funko Pops, no Cosplay. Just FunnyBooks, OA, Movie Posters and camaraderie. IF you like Windy City, this is it's cousin in Spirit.

I will be set up there with Weird Paper, MCS, Buddy Saunders, Bedrock City, Terry's Comics, Koops Comics, My Back Pages, @Monsters lair comics , Bud Plant, and many other old school vendors. We will debut 2 new Collector Syndicate Shirts at the show at our Wird Paper booth of Comics, Vintage Toys, Mags, and Original art.

About the Exhibition

Captain America. The Fantastic Four. The Avengers. OMAC. The X-Men. The Black Panther. Mister Miracle. The Incredible Hulk. The New Gods. These iconic superheroes are among the best-known of the many characters first brought to life by comic book artist Jack Kirby (1917–1994). Over the course of an extraordinary six-decade career, Kirby created some of the most enduring characters and storylines in the history of American comics. Along the way, he expanded the emotional and intellectual horizons of the comic book medium, championed diversity, and helped establish the visual vocabulary of modern popular culture.

Jack Kirby: Heroes and Humanity traces his experiences as a first-generation Jewish American born to immigrant parents in Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, a soldier who fought in World War II, a successful commercial artist who worked in marginalized creative industries, a mentor to a generation of younger comic creators, a resident of New York and Los Angeles, and a proud family man whose Jewish faith remained important throughout his life. This exhibition features original comic illustrations alongside Kirby’s other works, many on view for the first time, considering his fine art and commercial art as equally significant and worthy of recognition.

Today, Kirby remains a pivotal figure in American popular culture, and his influence in the worlds of comics, film, animation, graphic design, and pop art is evident more than thirty years after his passing.
